What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

At Comfort Candle Company, we use a premium, proprietary soy-blend wax designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum fragrance throw.

How long will my candle last?

Our standard 12oz candles typically burn for 60-70 hours. To ensure the best performance, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your scent! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unlit, unused candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries in the near future.

Are your fragrances safe for pets?

Yes, our fragrances are phthalate-free and formulated to be safe for your home. However, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas away from pets.
